In the name of accountability.. I’m sharing my spreadsheet from 3/26/13 – 8/21/13.

There were many ups and downs over these 5 months, but I’ve been back on 

track for a few months and my progress has really gotten fast! 😀

In the end of 2012, after letting myself rebound once again, back up to 162 lbs,

I decided to NEVER be that unhappy again.  And, I’ve never felt better!

THE BEST IS YET TO COME!
